Aguada Anchorage includes a dedicated
management service, the like of which, is not seen anywhere else
in Goa. Although some functions are a mandatory requirement of
your ownership, you are not obliged to use all the services of this facility
but they are available to you.
Our professional team will look after your
property on a day to day basis and also generate rental traffic
for your property if you wish to put it into our rental program.

Upon completion of the community,
Aguada Management Company, floated by the
developers will, for a reasonable fee, render
the following services:

Ensure payment of bills,
taxes, and levies to the government and
other local bodies, as may be required from
time to time on behalf of the owners.

Provide Housekeeping
facilities.

Lease out the villas on a
short-term basis, if so desired by the
owner, and bank the amount due after
deduction of commissions into the owner's
local bank account.

Maintain proper income and
expenditure accounts and keep the owner
posted from time to time.

Any other service
specifically requested by the owner and
agreed to by the management company.

To ensure the upkeep of the community and
surroundings there are a set of mandatory fees that the owner is
obliged to pay as a community charge. In the UK and USA these
charges are commonly referred to as rates or HOA dues. These
dues are paid to the Aguada Anchorage Management Company. An
explanation is given below:

For these purposes there will be
an adequate fund created to meet the day to day
expenses pertaining to the upkeep and
maintenance of common facilities and amenities
provided in the community. Dues will be payable
from the owners as provided in the Agreement of
sale. Here is a précis of the main functions
these dues will fund:

Payment of community
water, electricity, telephone and
insurance bills.

Payment of wages and
salaries to staff and workers.
-
Appointment and
liaison with security agencies for
round the clock security.

Maintenance and
upkeep of swimming pool, machinery,
lawns, gardens, street lights,
roads, pathways, and other communal
areas.
-
External and interior
painting and also minor maintenance
of common facilities.
