IMPORTANT ISSUES

MINIMUM STAY PERIODS

Bookings are only accepted for a minimum of 3 nights in low season, 5 nights in high season, and a minimum of 7 nights in Holiday season. A mandatory Rs. 250 cleaning fee is applied to all bookings of less than seven nights.

CHECK IN/OUT

Check in time to all of our properties is at 4.00PM and check-out time is 11.00AM.

Late check-out will be charged at Rs, 1,500 per hour until 4.00PM. After 4.00PM a full night will be charged (subject to availability).

KEY PICK-UP TIMES

Keys may be picked up at the site offices 8am to 8pm in High and Holiday season and from 9am to 5pm in low season.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon check-in, the guest must provide a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express deposit of Rs. 10,000 per stay. No charge is made to the credit card unless there are damages to the assigned property. Cash deposits will be refunded after an inventory inspection is made at check-out .

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is accepted in either of the following formats: Cash, Bankers Draft, or Credit Card. A 4% surcharge may be levied for credit card payment. Final Payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Verbal or telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less admin charges (advised upon receipt of cancellation notice).

Cancellations made 28 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged in full. No-shows will also be charged in full.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Once a booking has been made, the Customer agrees to abide by the rules and legislation in reference to our homes for lease. 

The customer agrees to hold harmless The Aguada Management Company, US Holidays Inc. of Florida, USA, and Floridian Marketing Ltd from suits or claims of any guest in reference to damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed personal belongings. We STRONGLY recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance also covering personal belongings.

The customer agrees to hold harmless The Aguada Management Company, US Holidays Inc. of Florida, USA, and Floridian Marketing Ltd , from any and all injuries to occupants, family members, or guests occurring on or about the premises.

The customer agrees to hold harmless The Aguada Management Company, US Holidays Inc. of Florida, USA, and Floridian Marketing Ltd  from any disruption to their vacation through 'acts-of-god' (inclimate weather etc.).

PLEASE ARRANGE PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE BEFORE TRAVELING!
